Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
-All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery times vary per Postal Service, usually 1-4 business days, these times may vary due to Covid-19.
EmbellishedCDS, LLC uses USPS and UPS as delivery options.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email or SMS (depending on which one you provided or created the account with) once your order has shipped. The email or SMS will have the tracking number. PLEASE DO NOT message seller until you have checked these first. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
-If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email from email@example.com or telephone 318-773-0947.
-Disclaimer to all customers, once you receive a tracking number and postal services has confirmed receipt of package, if for any reason you do not receive your package due to lost, theft, or missing items, please note EmbellishedCDS, LLC nor Ebony Jefferson-Orupabo is NOT responsible. However, at your discretion, a claim can be filed with the Postal Services to try and retrieve your package. If the claim is denied, please note, no refunds or exchanges will be given from EmbellishedCDS or exchanges. No exceptions.
