All returns must be approved by seller before any items can be shipped back to the seller. You must contact the seller via email at EmbellishedCDS@gmail.com to begin your return. Please allow 24-72hrs to receive a reply. PLEASE do not send multiple emails or contact seller via any social media platforms.
If your return is approved, there is a 3-business day window for the buyer to provide seller with tracking number or the order will be closed and return is no longer acceptable. Please note, there are cases where a refund will be issued but it is at the sellers discretion to approve or deny any refunds. In the case of an approved return, please be advised that all shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable. You as the seller will be responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur during the return. If your refund is denied, only Store Credit is available, no refunds will be issued. Please note, that due to Covid and other life threatening viruses, at anytime, the seller has the right to declare an order Final Sale. No returns or store credit will be issued, no exceptions!
